This is your new one-stop site for all your Nottingham Forest FC needs where you
can buy tickets, Season Tickets and Memberships all from the comfort of your own
home or office.
If you need help with your online transaction, or have any disabled access requirements
please call 0871 226 1980 or email tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk
As ever with new systems, sometimes you might run into a problem. If you find something
that doesn’t seem to be working or something that isn’t making sense we’d be really
grateful if you could email our team tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk your
feedback will enable us to iron out the creases and make the process even better
for everyone.
More new and exciting functionality will be added to the site over the coming weeks
but here are a few recommendations to ensure that you get the most out of the site:
We recommend that you login at the beginning as this will ensure that you receive
any relevant concessions and access to the correct products and events. Season ticket
holders can locate their client reference number on their tickets. Non-members can
locate this on their tickets or receipts.
If you frequently buy tickets for more than one person you can activate, create
or add other accounts to your
Friends and Family list. This will simplify your booking process. You’ll
notice that we ask for the date of birth on each account this allows the system
to automatically match each individual to the correct concession and ensure that
you never pay more than you should.
From time to time we’d like to keep you updated with new offers at the Club or other
events at the The City Ground, we can keep you updated by email, SMS, traditional
post or occasionally the odd phone call. We want to ensure that you stay in control
of what you receive so you can update your preferences at any time in the Media Preferences section on the My Account page. You can also update your own address,
password or view your recent transaction history under the My Account page. Further information on our Privacy Policy
is available here.
FAQ
WHAT IS THE POLICY ON POSTING/COLLECTING TICKETS?
If you have purchased tickets and selected the postage/delivery option, then we
will endeavour to post your tickets the same/next day by first class post. If your
tickets have not arrived the day prior to the appropriate fixture, then contact
the Ticket Office on 0871 226 1980 for assistance. All tickets purchased on-line
using an international address outside the UK will be held for collection
even if you have selected the delivery option. If you have purchased tickets for
home fixtures and have requested collection, your tickets will be available for
collection on the day of the game from the ticket collection point located at the
rear of the Main Stand from approximately 2 hours prior to kick off. If you wish
to collect tickets prior to the day of the game, your tickets will be available
for collection from the Nottingham Forest Ticket Office. All tickets purchased for
away fixtures will be held for collection at the Nottingham Forest Ticket Office
unless tickets have been requested to be posted and the fixture is more than three
working days from the day of purchase.
HOW DO I BUY TICKETS IN THE FAMILY AREA?
You are unable to purchase tickets for the designated family area online. It is
a requirement to purchase Junior tickets along with any Adult or Senior tickets
purchased in this area. The club’s online ticket system is not able to apply these
rules when selling tickets, therefore, tickets for this area are only available
in person or over the phone at the Ticket Office. This is also the case for areas
of the ground where purchasing rules apply such as A Block and Student discount
tickets.
HOW DO I PURCHASE STUDENT DISCOUNTED TICKETS?
If you’re a student and in full time education for the next academic year, and wish to
buy concession match tickets for the 2011-12 season, you will now need to apply for a
student membership. This membership is completely free of charge, and will help the
Ticket Office to enable students to obtain their concession tickets quickly and easily
throughout the season. As in previous seasons student concessions will only be available
in Block G of the Upper Brian Clough Stand. However in a change to previous seasons
reduced priced tickets will NOT be available on the day of the game and will have to be
purchased in advance either in person at the Ticket Office or by calling the booking
line on 0871 226 1980.
Please download the application form by clicking
here, or go to the Ticket Office at The
City Ground. You will need to provide proof of your student status and date of birth.
If you have any questions regarding student tickets or the student membership, please
visit the Ticket Office or call 0871 226 1980.
I DO NOT KNOW MY CLIENT REFERENCE NUMBER?
You are only able to buy online if you enter your client reference number, surname
and postcode. If you have bought tickets in the past but cannot remember your client
reference number there is an option to have your client reference number emailed
to you. This only works if your email address is already recorded in the system
against your contact details. Alternatively, please contact the Ticket Office and
they will provide you with the details you need.
HOW DO I BUY TICKETS FOR MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY?
If you frequently buy tickets for more than one person you can activate, create
or add other accounts to your Friends and Family list, this will simplify your booking
process, you’ll notice that we ask for the date of birth on each account this allows
the system to automatically match each individual to the correct ticket age band.
I HAVE TRIED TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AND IT ISN'T WORKING?
The ticket system has the last recorded address you will have used to purchase tickets.
To activate your account you must enter the client reference number, surname and
postcode the system has recorded. If you have moved house, or changed surname without
amending your details, you must enter your old details and you will be able to update
these once you have gone through the initial log in stage.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CALL THE TICKET OFFICE?
The club's 0871 number is charged at National rate, which from a standard BT landline
works out about 9.79 pence per minute. Other landline providers might charge different
amounts for this number and mobile phone rates may vary. This is due to the individual
carriers, in some cases, adding their own connection charge and pence per minute
rate. The club are keen to stress that any cost above the 9.79 pence per minute
is not added by the club, nor does it result in any income for the club.
WHAT’S THE ADMINISTRATION CHARGE FOR?
There is a booking fee of £1 per ticket on all on-line transactions. Additionally
£1 is added to any ticket transaction when using a telephone service or buying online.
This charge covers stationary and postage costs.
I HAVE A DISABILITY AND REQUIRE ASSISTANCE. WHAT DO I DO?
If you have any disabled access requirements please contact our Disabled Liaison
Officer by visiting Ticket Office at The City Ground or call 0115 9824341 during
our opening hours stated below.
