Terms and Conditions

Tickets are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

    Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, The FA Premier League and The Football League in respect of the relevant competition and Nottingham Forest's Ground regulations.

    Tickets will only be refunded if returned to the Ticket Office 48 hours prior to the appropriate fixture. In the event of a postponement, the ticket will be valid for the re-arranged date and refunds will only be considered if the ticket is returned no later than 24 hours before kick-off time of the re-arranged match when played.

    It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and kick-off time of any re-arranged or postponed matches.

    Nottingham Forest will NOT issue duplicate match tickets for individual games in the event of the ticket being lost, destroyed, forgotten or stolen.'

    No person may bring into the ground or use within the ground any equipment, which is capable of recording or transmitting (digital or any other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to any match, or the ground.

    Mobile telephones are permitted within the ground, provided that they are used for personal and private use only.

    Nottingham Forest Football Club excludes to the maximum extent permitted by law any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons/property in or around the ground.

    The use of this ticket to enter the ground constitutes acceptance of such rules and regulations and the Ground Regulations and Nottingham Forest Football Club reserves the right to eject from the ground, any person who fails to comply with such rules and regulations.

Credit/Debit card

    If you are paying for your Season Ticket by MasterCard, Visa credit card or Visa Electron you will incur a 3% surcharge on top of the value of the Season Ticket. This is the rate that our merchant service provider charges the club for Season Tickets purchased using these cards. If you pay by Maestro, Visa debit or Solo card, you will avoid this surcharge.

    This 3% surcharge does not apply for match ticket purchases.
